Whats the packaging like?
Your privacy is one of the most important thing to us and with our discreet packaging you can shop in confidence. With totally plain packaging, the only person getting excited by your delivery is you as all products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the doorstep or with neighbours.
My Item is Faulty
Faulty items can be returned free of charge within the first month of purchase if the customer is in the UK. When the item is returned, it will be checked to verify if the item is faulty, and the Freepost address will be sent to customer, if the item is not faulty then there will be a charge of £3.50 plus VAT for the cost of postage. What is Free Delivery?
When you place an order over £50, your parcel will be sent free via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 delivery service. 95% of parcels sent using this service are delivered in the next two working days.
How do i get 10% off my first order?
You will need to subscribe our newsletter on the bottom of the home page. You will then receive an email that will have a code on. You will need to add this in the checkout page where it says voucher code. This will then give you 10% off your first order
We offer a one-year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within first month, we can offer a refund or exchange, after that, it is an exchange only.
